CONSTITUTION: A clothe exchange plate 3 comprises a rectangular frame-form stile 25 attached on the upper surface of a bed piece 15 when a base bed 17 is in a falling-down state, a plywood 26 attached in the rectangular region of the bed piece 15 surrounded therewith, a carpet laid on the upper surface thereof, and a finish material 17, such as tiles. The surface, brought into an up state by pull-down, of the clothe exchange plate 3 placed on a floor surface F forms a beautiful surface 4 on which a user gets with shoes gotten off and which is formed of the finish material 27 and comfortable clothes exchange is effected without paying no attention to soil of a floor F. When a user gets off the clothes exchange plate 3, the clothe exchange plate 3 is automatically restored to a standing-up right state X by means of 8 flat stay 23 and the front end of a frame piece 16 of the base bed 17 is positioned approximately flush with the front of a wall finish material D.
