Abstract:
To provide a coated metal strip for a can which is drawn and ironed into a high-designability seamless can body excellent in a feel of metallic luster.
On the side to be the outer surface of the can body, the coated metal strip for the can is covered with a non-hiding coat (A) which contains a spreadable metal pigment (a) such as an aluminum pigment and of which the ground hiding rate by the spreadable metal pigment (a) is in the range of 0.5-75%. This invention includes the high-designability seamless can body obtained by drawing and ironing the coated metal strip.
