Abstract:
To provide a coating agent that is applied to the surface of a metal blade, to improve the sharpness and durability of the metal blade.SOLUTION: A coating agent is a solution-like coating agent in which a reactive fluorine-based compound is dissolved in a volatile solvent. The reactive fluorine-based compound has a polyalkylene ether group in which some or all of hydrogen atoms are fluorinated, as its skeleton, and has a functional group selected from the group consisting of phosphoester, phosphonic group, alkoxysilane group, titanate group, aluminate group and mercapto group. The reactive fluorine-based compound has a molecular weight of 1000-10000. The volatile solvent is a solvent selected from the group consisting of hydrofluoroether, perfluorocarbon, hydrofluorocarbon, perfluoropolyether, hydrofluorochlorocarbon and hydrofluoroolefin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
