To provide a technique for determining whether glue applied to a cover sheet is of an appropriate amount or not.SOLUTION: Provided is a coating amount inspection device for inspecting an application amount of glue applied to a cover sheet B using discharge nozzles 332, that includes: flow rate sensors 334 that are provided in feed pipes 335 for connecting a storage tank 331 storing glue to the discharge nozzles 332 and feeding the glue to the discharge nozzles 332, and that measure a flow rate of glue when the glue has been applied by the discharge nozzles 332; and a determination part that acquires a flow rate of glue measured by the flow rate sensors 334, and determines whether or not the flow rate falls within a prescribed flow rate range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
