Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating spray gun apparatus which can form a natural stone style surface by a method in which a cross section in the plane direction has at least three substantially rectangular tank parts and a jet nozzle part connected directly with the lower part of each tank part, and each jet nozzle part is installed with the focus deviated to spray coating materials in a non- mixing multicolor form.
SOLUTION: A spray gun is composed of tank parts 3a-3c with a substantially rectangular cross section in the plane direction, a taper-shaped part of the lower part of each tank part, and jet nozzles 5a-5c located below it. Since each of the tank parts 3a-3c is connected directly with each of the jet nozzles 5a-5c, the precipitation and retention of coating materials 4a-4c are prevented in an intermediate process, the coating material ejected from each tank part is ejected under maintaining uniform components. Especially, when aggregate of large specific gravity, for example ceramic which is burned with pigment and crushed appropriately, is used as the coating material, it is advantageous.
