Abstract:
To provide a code reader apparatus which can be easily adjusted to reading conditions which allow stable reading.SOLUTION: A code reader apparatus has a camera, a reading unit for reading a coder from a code image captured by the camera, and an adjustment support unit for supporting adjustment of reading conditions by a user. The reading unit has an image generating unit for generating an image of a code, a decoder unit for decoding the code, and a calculating unit for calculating a score of the code image generated by the image generating unit. The adjustment support unit has an adjustment principle determining unit for determining a principle for adjustment of the reading conditions based on the calculated score, an output unit for outputting the adjustment principle, and an adjustment unit for adjusting the reading conditions based on an operation by the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
