As a first x main coil 22a, a coil obtained by bending a thin plate coil made of a conductive thin plate is used. The first x main coil 22a is constituted of a spiral shape conductive part 23. Gaps 24 between spiral shape turns are formed between the turns of the conductive part 23 which are adjacent in a radial direction. The inter-turn gaps 24 have a rectangular wave shape where line segments in a current direction and line segments perpendicular to the current direction are alternately connected. That is, the inter-turn gaps 24 have shapes meandering in the direction of the current flowing in the conductive part 23.
