PURPOSE: To execute coiling of a cylindrical type metal honeycomb and a hollow cylindrical metal honeycomb by a single device by constituting a coiling shaft, a coiling guide member, and a mechanism for executing supply and cutting, so that its positions can be changed in accordance with the cylindrical type honeycomb or the hollow cylindrical type honeycomb, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: By changing a cylindrical type honeycomb coiling shaft 1 and the part of a coiling axis center guide mechanism 22 to its shaft 1 in accordance with a cylindrical type honeycomb or a hollow cylindrical type honeycomb, and also, by executing a position change of common bases 10a, 10b in accordance with one honeycomb, coiling of cylindrical honeycomb and hollow cylindrical honeycomb structure bodies can be executed by a single coiling device, and the merit of the equipment side and the operation side is extremely large.
