To provide an cold box, in which an object to be cooled is housed together with a cold reserving material and the temperature of the object to be cooled is kept in a predetermined range, and which is made comparatively lightweight, is easy to carry, and has excellent durability, in which it is extremely easy to take out and put in the object to be cooled and the cold reserving material and in addition, the temperature of the object to be cooled can be kept constant over a long time.
The cold box includes: a portable outer case 1 having a flexible structure; and an inner case 2 having thermal insulation properties. The inner case 2 is disposed to be positioned in the outer case 1 while leaving a gap on the outside surface side of an inner case body 20. A partition member of a structure, in which a cylindrical body is erected along the center line of the inner case body 20, is disposed in the inner case body 20. In a state where a lid 11 of the outer case 1 and a cover 21 of the inner case 2 are opened, the object to be cooled can be directly taken out from and put in the inside of the cylindrical body from above, and the cold reserving material can be directly taken out from and put in the outer peripheral part of the cylindrical body from above.
