In a resin sheet 14, three sides other than an unsealing area are stuck to a paper sheet 15 via an adhesive 13, thereby forming a storage part. A long resin sheet 16 is stuck to the surface of the paper sheet 15 which is opposite to the resin sheet 14 via a pressure sensitive adhesive 17 applied to the entire surface of the resin sheet 16 so as to cover through-holes 11 formed at the paper sheet 15. Using an area where the pressure sensitive adhesive 17 is exposed from the through-holes 11, the resin sheet 16 and the resin sheet 14 are stuck to each other via the through-holes 11, thereby sealing the unsealing area.
