Abstract:
To provide a cold rolling oil which can secure excellent plate-out property and good lubricity associated with the property even under high temperature and short time conditions, envisaged from recent severe rolling conditions and can secure performance to maintain emulsion stability of an emulsion rolling oil even in a cyclic usage over a long term, and to provide a cold cooling method.
The cold rolling oil comprises: at least one or more kinds of base oils selected from the group consisting of natural fats and oils, mineral oils and synthetic esters; and a polyalkylene glycol represented by formula (1), wherein, m+I is 4-5; and n is 30-35.
