Abstract:
To propose a collar assembly for secure fixture which can hold a tubular object securely without conducting welding or soldering work or using other fixing elements.SOLUTION: An assembly includes: a deformable insert defining a substantially cylindrical cavity for receiving a tubular object; and a metallic casing body which substantially defines a seat part of the insert wound around the object therein. The insert includes an external protruding part. The external protruding part extends in a radial direction to the outside of the insert and is configured to cooperate with a corresponding orifice formed at the seat part of the metallic body to arrange the insert within the body. The protruding part includes a base attached to the insert and a head. A peripheral edge part of the head is provided with a protruding clip edge configured to hold the insert within the metallic casing body. The insert has a through hole which extends arranged side by side with the clip edge at the base of the protruding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
