Abstract:
To provide a collating and packaging system capable of preventing a failure that a sheet bundle cannot be put in packaging means and a failure that a variation occurs in the packaging conditions of the sheet bundle in terms of quality and size, by preventing the sheet bundle from getting larger in vertical/lateral directions with respect to the sheet.SOLUTION: A collating and packaging system 500 comprises: collating means 1 for stacking a plurality of sheets to form a sheet bundle; and packaging means 3 for packaging the sheet bundle formed by the collating means 1 with a packaging material. Between the collating means 1 and the packaging means 3, aligning means 2 for aligning positions of edges of the sheets forming the sheet bundle is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
