Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide with a simple structure a collet, capable of picking up and placing a pellet mounted at a different angle at the times of picking up and placing, and a mounter capable of increasing a speed by the use of the collet.
SOLUTION: This mounter has a collet, which is rotated about a rotary shaft 21 inclined at a constant angle with respect to a vertically moving shaft 22 and is inclined at a constant angle with respect to a face 23, on which an attracting face 24 of a top end part is perpendicular to the rotary shaft, and the rotary angle is established, whereby a pellet 9 placed at different angles at picking up and at placing is picked up and placed.
