PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device enabling every customer to recognize a sliced fish muscle contraction in response to bulk order while maintaining apparently normal provision pattern.
SOLUTION: This device has a pulse-applying means 3 for applying pulses to fish meat placed on a dishing-up ware 2 so as to induce its muscle contraction. Therefore, every customer can surely recognize a fresh fish slice muscle contraction and can eat such slices while enjoying the atmosphere unique to the fresh fish dish.
