CONSTITUTION: By a light source means 4, the data track of the color film 1 obtained by optically executing the multiple recording of at least the digital data of one channel and the control data of one channel on the photoreceptive layer of multilayered structure whose photoreceptive wavelength are mutually different is irradiated with read light. By a color separation means 5, the read light made incident from the light source means 4 through the film 1 is separated to the color components of the respective photoreceptive layers. By a digital data extraction means 6, the read light corresponding to the digital data among the separated color components is received and the digital data is extracted. By a control data extraction means 7, the read light corresponding to the control data among the separated color components is received and the control data is extracted. By a signal processing means 8, a signal is processed based on the digital data extracted by the extraction means 6 and the control data extracted by the extraction means 7.
