To provide a colorimetric device, even being composed in such a manner that a test print is inserted to a direction reverse to the ordinary one when a colorimetric error is generated, capable of evading the disturbance in the carrying of a test print inserted in an ordinary direction by a guide for insertion to a reverse direction.

Regarding the photographic print system 1, in the colorimetric device 80 closely arranged at the downstream side of a drying part 60, when a test print TP in which a colorimetric error is generated is subjected to colorimetry once more, a photographic printing paper P in which the test print TP is formed is inserted to a reverse direction along a guide part 85 projecting from an ejection face 84 in the ejection side of the colorimetric device 80 by manual operation. At the time other than re-colorimetry, a retreating mechanism 86 retreats the guide part 85 projected from the ejection face 84 so as to be hidden to the part lower than the ejection face 84 as the carrier face of the photographic printing paper P by the elasticity of the test print TP.
