To provide a coloring development concentrated composition for a silver halide color photographic sensitive material for obtaining always stable quality (sensitivity and gradation), even when performing continuous processing under the condition of a low processing amount even after being preserved over a long period of time, and to provide a processing method using it.

The coloring development single part concentrated composition for the silver halide color photographic sensitive material does not contain hydroxylamine salt, and contains at least one selected from among compounds represented in general formula [I]: HO-N(R1)-L-A1 and general formula [II]: HON(R3)CO-R4 and general formula [III]. A mol content of sulfite is 3-10 times total mol content of the compounds represented in general formula [I], general formula[II] and general formula [III], and the specific gravity of the concentrated composition is 1.090-1.200.
