To provide a combination member for a aluminum plate and a metal plate and a combination thereof capable of securing sufficient combination strength while reducing such excess parts as rivets.

Cylindrical throttles b1(b2) of an aluminum plate 1 are inserted into their respective holes of a metal plate 2, and so the tip end faces are exposed on the metal plate 2. The tip end faces exposed of the cylindrical throttles are then caulked by sue of a press caulking punch 5, so that a dent as recess is formed on the tip of the cylindrical throttle and, at the same time, aluminum plate material gets away outside. And thus, external form of the caulking portion is enlarged and so the metal plate 2 is connected firmly by caulking to the aluminum plate 2.
