Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a combined filament yarn having a mottled feeling with clear and natural irregularity by blending two or more kinds of filament yarns having different dyeabilities or filaments having different colors in a specific state.
CONSTITUTION: Filament yarns A, B having different dyeabilities or filaments A, B having different colors are blended with each other in such a manner as to form entangled and collected parts S, S' and opened parts K, K'. The entanglement pitch, the blend entanglement pitch and the average blend entanglement pitch are selected to be 9.5-20mm, 5-2,000mm and ≤300mm, respectively.
