To provide a garbage disposal machine which forms feed and compost by efficiently and rapidly drying and fermenting garbage and to provide the garbage disposal machine of a deodorization type by the combustion to recover heat by converting the fermentation heat generated in fermentation to hot water and to effectively utilize energy with good thermal efficiency.
The garbage disposal machine 1 has a fermenter 2 provided with a garbage feeding port 11 and discharge port 24 and an agitating drum 10 constituted by disposing its body in the fermenter 2 and forming the body of a pipe, in which the fermentation smell and vapor in the fermenter 2 are taken into a combustion deodorizer 3 and are deodorized by combustion; superheated air and vapor are formed by the combustion deodorizer 3 and are supplied to the agitating drum 10 and are heated and dried therein; the used vapor is returned to a hot water jacket to warm the hot water; the hot air from the combustion deodorizer 3 is supplied to the fermenter 2 to enhance the heating and drying and the excess hot air in the combustion deodorizer 3 is returned to a burner 4, by which heat load is reduced and the consumption of fuel is saved.
