To provide a comic browsing system which realizes, when a user browses an electronic comic and wants to read back to a certain page, a transition to the page (or a frame) with simple operation from the usability point of view.
A comic browsing system related to the present invention comprises: first storage means for storing an electronic comic; frame division means for dividing into frames; first extraction means for extracting meta data by analyzing a structure, a shape and a position of a frame; second extraction means for extracting meta data by analyzing a character string of a comic page or a frame; third extraction means for extracting meta data by analyzing an image in a comic page or a frame; second storage means for storing the extracted meta data associating with the comic page or the frame of the extraction sources; and Rink generation means for generating a Rink button including transition information to a comic page or a frame same as or similar to the meta data of a comic page or a frame, and arranging the button overlapping the comic page or the frame.
