Abstract:
To continuously suppress a decrease in arousal by urging a driver to perform a motion for suppressing the decrease in arousal.
A driver driving a vehicle is monitored and if the degree of drowsiness of the driver becomes higher than a predetermined referential value, a breathing motion in a cycle shorter than an actually measured respiratory interval of the driver is urged (steps S304, S307). The driver performs a breathing motion according to the instruction to suppress a decrease in arousal of the driver.
