PURPOSE: To prevent an unnecessary drop of a commodity by driving again a commodity containing device after the commodity is carried out, and driving in reverse the commodity containing device for a prescribed time by a commodity detecting signal of the next carry-out commodity.
CONSTITUTION: A circuit 13 which can reverse a horizontal feeding device 2' is provided on a driving controller 10, and after a commodity is carried out, a commodity containing device 1 is driven again, and at the point of time when the next carry-out commodity comes into contact with a commodity detecting device 7, a commodity detecting signal is outputted. A main controller 12 drives in reverse the commodity containing device 1 for a prescribed time by the driving controller 10, based on the commodity detecting signal of the next carry-out commodity, and stops it in a position in which the commodity dot not drop down to a commodity carrying-out device 6 even if a rotation preventing device 8 is released. In such a way, even if a pan 5 moves at the time of carrying out the next commodity, and each position detecting device 9 operates and the interlocked rotation preventing device 8 is released, it can be prevented that the commodity drops down from the commodity containing device 1.
