To provide a communication timing changing method and an apparatus which changes a timing of a communication for setting a control parameter to decide an operation mode to an analog device to a timing without a hindrance in an operation of the analog device.
An interface decoder 20 decodes a control parameter communication signal output from a CPU 1, converts it into the control parameter, and stores the converted control parameter in a register 21. The interface encoders 22A, 22B, and 22C conduct a timing management by receiving a synchronizing signal from a synchronizing signal generating circuit 7; read the control parameter to set the analog devices such as an image sensor driving circuit 3, a sample hold circuit 4, an ADC 5, or the like from the register 21; conduct a communication with the analog devices at a good timing during a blanking term; and set the control parameter to the analog devices.
