Abstract:

To effectively and totally plan an analysis maintenance plan for a subject equipment and a sensor.

A complex diagnosis maintenance plan supporting system is composed by: the subject equipment 1; a sensor 2 for measuring analysis basis data; a storing section 10 for accumulating maintenance history of the subject equipment and the sensor, and the measured data of the sensor; and an analysis maintenance plan supporting apparatus 4. In this case, the analysis maintenance plan supporting apparatus 4 is provided with: a service life model estimating section 11 for estimating a service life model using a desired maintenance history and sensor data as variable parameters; a risk analysis section 12 for calculating a failure risk and a failure risk prediction value for the subject equipment and the sensor by using the service life model; a complex risk calculating section 13 for calculating the complex risk and a prediction value for the complex risk arising from an abnormality in the subject equipment and the sensor from the failure risk and the prediction value for the failure risk; and a processing section 15 for comparing at least the failure risk prediction value and the complex risk prediction value with threshold values and then planning a maintenance plan.
