A room type specific reservation information table 10 is provided which stores a reservation count 30 in each room type for each room type 20 and for each DBA 26 indicating days from reservation until a lodging date 25. A hurdle rate 32 indicating a lowest charge allowing reception of reservation corresponding to a threshold when the reservation conditions of an entire hotel reach threshold 31 decided according to DBA and a sales stop 33 indicating a sales ban of a specific sales plan for each room type are set. The hurdle rate and the sales stop are updated every time DBA is updated. Then, in response to input of a desired lodging reservation designating a lodging date and a room type, the reservation is decided following the hurdle rate and the sales stop.
