Abstract:

PURPOSE: To protect a memory against breakdown by forming an electrodeposition film of an electrodeposition paint while limiting Sn component in an aqueous solution to a specified value or less.
CONSTITUTION: An electrodeposition film being applied to a motor component is formed of an electrodeposition paint with Sn component in an aqueous solution being limited to 12ppm or less. The electrodeposition paint is prepared by adding 0.5wt.% or less of carbon black to an aqueous solution or adding TiO2 and/or SiO2 to a pigment. In other words, quantity of carbon black is preferably suppressed as compared with conventional method. The electrodeposition paint preferably contains 22-40wt.% of solid state pigment (total of pigment and resin). The paint containing pigment, e.g. TiO2 or SiO2 in such range enhances the edge cover rate of an insulating film 5 and the hardness. Sn component in the electrodeposition film is set at 50ppm. With such arrangement, the memory can be protected against breakdown.
