Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the rotative speed of a burner motor to prevent hunting by a method wherein rotation instruction voltages are changed to change the rotative speed of a burner motor, and if the change amount is larger than the specified value at the time of voltage change, a rotation instruction voltage is output using a predetermined specified value.
SOLUTION: A burner is of a vaporizing type, and a combustion drum 28 is connected to the front side of an air drum 27 in which a burner motor 29 is mounted. The set rotative speed of the burner motor 29 is calculated to detect the rotative pulses of the burner motor 29 and the rotative pulses are connected to calculate the actual rotative speed of the burner motor 29. Then, the difference between the set rotative speed and the actual rotative speed is compared. When the difference exceeds a neutral width, the change amount of the rotation instruction voltage is calculated to set a rotation instruction voltage. Thereby, hunting of the rotative speed of the burner motor 29 against the set rotative speed is prevented and a stable combustion at a burner 5 can be ensured.
