Abstract:
To provide a composite molded article and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of reducing man-hours of mold design and mold processing.SOLUTION: The composite molded article includes: a three-dimensionally shaped peripheral flange portion 102; and a bumper body 103 for containing a fiber with a resin as a base material to stabilize a shape by curing the resin. The bumper body 103 has a first FRP layer 104 having a fiber layer, and a second FRP layer 105 overlapping the first FRP layer 104 and having a fiber layer. An insertion portion 102c of the peripheral flange portion 102 is sandwiched between the first FRP layer 104 and the second FRP layer 105. The peripheral flange portion 102 and the bumper body 103 are integrated by curing the resin while the insertion portion 102c is sandwiched.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
