PURPOSE: To provide a composite pipe consisting of a metal and silane grafted modified polyolefin and characterized by that silane grafted modified polyolefin withstand the long-term use of hot water and has excellent adhesiveness and adhesive durability with respect to a metal.

CONSTITUTION: In a composite pipe wherein silane grafted modified polyolefin is applied to the surface of a metal pipe, silane grafted modified polyolefin mixed with an oxidation inhibitor is laminated on the surface of the silane grafted modified polyolefin layer applied to at least either one of the inner and outer surfaces of the metal pipe.
