Abstract:
To provide a composite retardation plate which is less susceptible to being wrinkled at bent sections even when the plate is bent by touching a roller member during a conveying or spooling step or when the plate is placed on a surface of an image display device panel having the bent sections.SOLUTION: A composite retardation plate comprises a first retardation layer, a second retardation layer, and a first adhesive layer that bonds the first retardation layer and the second retardation layer together, and exhibits a puncture gradient of 6-15 kg/mm2 per unit thickness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
