Abstract:
To increase the reliability of a semiconductor device.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device according to the present invention includes a driving circuit unit and a display unit (a pixel unit) in one substrate, the driving circuit unit and the display unit having a thin film transistor formed of a semiconductor layer of an oxide semiconductor, a first wire, and a second wire. The thin film transistor has one of a source electrode layer and a drain electrode layer. The thin film transistor of the driving circuit unit is formed by inserting the semiconductor layer between a gate electrode layer and a conductive layer. The first wire and the second wire are electrically connected to each other via an oxide conductive layer in an opening in the gate insulating film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
