Abstract:
To be able to assay a glycoprotein and a glycated albumin ratio more accurately.
A composition for accurately assaying the glycoprotein is provided by (1) avoiding the effect of globulin and ascorbic acid components, (2) stabilizing proteases and at least enzymes acting on glycated amino acids, (3) measuring albumin accurately and (4) avoiding the effect of glycated hemoglobin.
