Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 are each independently a 1,4-phenylene group or a bivalent sulfur-containing aromatic heterocyclic group. R1 is an alkoxy group or an alkylamino group. R2 is a -OC(=O)-, -C(=O)- or -N=N-. R3 is a bivalent group constituted by at least one selected from the group consisting of -CH2-, -N(R5)-, -C(=O)-, -O- and -S-. R5 is a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic group. However, a case of bonding tow selected from the group consisting of -N(R5)-, -O- and -S- is excluded.
