Abstract:
To provide: a composition capable of being used as a member for sealing moisture permeation to various organic electronic devices; a drying agent containing the composition; and an organic thin film containing the drying agent and a method for preparing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition comprising a photo-acid generator and a compound having a structure represented by the following general formula (1): general formula (1), M(OR)(O-R)[wherein, R represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having one or more carbon atoms, an alkenyl group, an aryl group, a cycloalkyl group, an acyl group, an alkoxy group or a heterocyclic group. Provided that R may be a carbon chain containing a fluorine atom as a substituent. M represents a metal atom. ORrepresents a fluorinated alkyl group. X represents a valence of a metal atom and y represents an arbitrary integer between 1 and x.]SELECTED DRAWING: None
