To provide a composition for forming polysiloxane-containing film, which suppresses white turbidity or phase separation, has high dielectric characteristics after curing, and keeps suppressing bleed-out of a component with adhesion resistance and low molecular weight for a long period of time.
There is provided a composition for forming polysiloxane-containing film, includes: a condensate of hydrolyzable silane compounds and a hydrolyzable titanium compound; epoxy-modified silicone oil; and a photopolymerization initiator. The condensate is obtained by hydrolyzing two predetermined hydrolyzable silane compounds and a mixture of hydrolyzable compound comprising 0.01-0.3 mol% predetermined hydrolyzable titanium compound in the presence of water and alcohol.
