Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a vehicle vibration-damping composition excellent in storage stability, also excellent in chipping resistance and vibration-damping nature after firmly bonded to metal coated surface on heating, by dispersing a specific urethane resin at high concentrations in a bituminous substance using a specific dispersant.
CONSTITUTION: This composition comprising (A) a bituminous substance, (B) a polydiene chain-contg. blocked urethane prepolymer (pref. blocked with an oxime compound and/or a lactam), (C) organic polyamine compound (S) (pref. at least one kind selected from alicyclic diamines and polyoxypropylene polyamines), and (D) an alkylphenol [pref. (mono-, di- or tri-1-18C alkyl)phenol], and pref. furthermore, (E) a thermally decomposable foaming agent and (F) a blocking agent dissociation catalyst.
