Abstract:
To obtain a water-in-oil emulsion composition containing much water, nevertheless stable and giving refreshing feeling.
The composition contains, in a physiologically permissible medium, an aqueous phase dispersed in an oil phase by using a silicone emulsifier, wherein the aqueous phase is at least 75 wt.% based on total weight of the composition, the weight ratio of oil phase/emulsifier is ≥5, and the emulsifier is a crosslinked elastic solid organopolysiloxane containing at least one oxyalkylene group.
