Abstract:
To provide a concentration-detecting device capable of more accurately detecting toner concentration in liquid developer.
Conducting films 843a and 843b, having translucency are respectively provided on the sides coming into contact with the liquid developer of a light transmission plate 842a, guiding light from a light source 841a to the liquid developer, and a light transmission plate 842b guiding light passing through the liquid developer to a light receiving part 841b. A voltage whose level is varied in a fixed cycle is applied to the conducting films 843a and 843b by a voltage-applying part 845.
