PURPOSE: To constitute the above method so that disorder is not generated in arrangement of a decorative material even if pressurization and vibration are performed at the time of production of a concrete product, by a method wherein a decorative material unit obtained by fixing and connecting plurality of the decorative materials with each other by a fixing material which is removable after cure is set up to a molding concrete shuttering, and then the concrete is fed to a decorative material side.

CONSTITUTION: A decorative material unit 1 with which a plurality of decorative materials 2 processing arbitrary forms such as stone and synthetic resin are connected through fixation by a fixing material 3 after cure, is made. Then the decorative material unit 1 is received into a receiving box 6 so that the decorative material 2 turns upward and the same is put on a vibration table 7 moving up and down. Then a molding concrete shuttering 10 is set up and concrete 9 is fed within the molding concrete shuttering 10. Then the concrete 9 is pressurized with a pressurizing plate 11 and integrated with the decorative material unit 1. In this case, pressurization is performed while exciting with vibrators 8, 8'. When the pressurization is completed, demolding is performed by lowering or raising the vibration table 7 and pressurizing plate 11, the receiving box 6 is taken off after completion of curing, the fixing material 3 is removed and a concrete product is completed.
