To provide a condensing unit and a refrigerating device comprising the same, capable of controlling the condensing unit according to load at an indoor machine side under various states such as an operating state of the condensing unit and a pipe connecting installing state of the condensing unit and the indoor machine, and improving reliability.
This condensing unit comprises a compressor 11 and a condenser 12, and further comprises a low-pressure sensor 14 for detecting a low pressure of a refrigerant, or a temperature sensor 16 for detecting a refrigerant temperature, disposed at a suction side of the compressor 11. A pipe length L of a refrigerant pipe 1 from the compressor 11 to an evaporator 22 of the indoor unit 20, and a pressure P1 at a target evaporation temperature are determined, pressure loss of the refrigerant passing through the refrigerant pipe 1 is calculated on the basis of the pipe length L, and further a control device 15 is disposed to control an operation of the compressor 11 to keep the present low pressure P from the low pressure sensor 14 at P1.
