Title:
CONDUCTIVE FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3726425
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having sufficient antistatic performance even under a low humidity and minimized in generation of a cracked gas by the heating of inline coating method or secondary working so as not to loose the characteristic by specifying concentrations of a sulfuric oxide and a nitrogenous compound generated when heated at specified temperature and a intial surface resistance value of a conductive layer.
SOLUTION: A film containing a conductive polymer is set so that the concentrations of sulfuric oxide and nitrogenous compound in a gas generated in heating at 260°C in air is 0.05 mg/g or less, and the initial surface resistance value of a conductive layer is 105-1012 Ω/square at 25°C with 15% RH. The conductive layer preferably has a light transmissivity of 80% or more. The conductive polymer is preferably formed of a sulfonated polyaniline mainly composed of polyaniline or alkoxy group substituted aminobenzenesulfonic acid. A support body is preferably formed of a thermoplastic film, particularly, a polyester film.
