Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive conductive paste composition capable of forming an electrode having sufficient elasticity and conductivity as a membrane electrode used for an electrostrictive element.SOLUTION: A conductive paste composition contains an electrode forming component and a solvent in a range of 10 to 70 mass% based on the electrode forming component. The electrode forming component contains a conductive carbon material in a range of 2.5 to 4.7 mass% based on the total amount of a solid component thereof, a silicon rubber in a range of 54 to 68 mass%, a curing catalyst composed of a siloxane platinum complex in a range of 0.05 to 0.2 mass% and silica in a range of 16 to 30 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
