Abstract:
To provide a polythiophene-based conductive polymer-containing ink for suppressing generation of dark spots, and enhancing durability of elements and yield during device manufacturing.SOLUTION: There is provided a conductive polymer-containing ink containing sulfonic acid group-containing polythiophene (A), a polyacrylic acid-based water-soluble resin (B), glycol (C), monovalent alcohol having boiling point of 150°C or less, at least one solvent selected from glycol ether and an aprotic polar solvent having boiling point of 150°C to 240°C, and having a composition thereof with (A) of 0.01 to 1.0 wt.%, (B) of 0.1 to 10 wt.%, (C) of 1 to 50 wt.%, and total of (C), (D) and (E) of 60 to 99 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
