Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in adhesiveness to a thermoplastic resin.SOLUTION: The resin composition includes an adhesive satisfying the requirements (1) and (2) as given below and a polyvinyl alcohol and/or ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer satisfying the requirement (3) as given below: (1) the adhesive is a hydrolyzate of a melt-kneaded product including (A) a thermoplastic resin, (B) a copolymer of ethylene and a vinyl ester and/or an acrylic acid ester having a vinyl ester and/or acrylic acid ester content greater than that of the component (A) by 5 mol% or more and (C) a modified product grafted with the components (A) and (B); (2) the vinyl alcohol content is 0.5 to 40 mol% and the vinyl ester and/or acrylic acid ester content is 30 mol% or less; and (3) the ethylene content is 55 mol% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
