Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the congestion line connector to reserve mobile terminals awaiting for line connection at low cost in the congestion line connection device that connects a line to each of pluralities of mobile terminals.
SOLUTION: The congestion line connection device 3 connects with a public line 4 through a wired line. The congestion line connection device 3 connects a line to a called party via the public line 4 in response to a line connection request in a radio wave from mobile terminals 1, 2 or the like. However, the congestion line connection device 3 can connect only a limited number of lines. When a line is busy, a reservation reception means 3a accepts reservations and stores the reservation while identifying the reserved mobile terminal. A line connection means 3b connects a line in response to only a line connection request from a mobile terminal 1 whose connection reservation has been made within a prescribed time even when a line is idle.
