PURPOSE: To provide conjugated nonwoven fabrics which is suitably useful as a one way surgical clothes having both waterproofing and moisture- permeating properties because it can still hold gas and moisture permeability, even when it is wetted.

CONSTITUTION: Card web of rayon fibers is bonded with high-pressure water jet on a net conveyer to form mesh nonwoven fabric of more than 5 pores per cm2 porosity. Then, the meshed nonwoven fabric is laminated with polypropylene melt-blown nonwoven fabric, then with polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven fabric which has undergone water-repellent treatment, and integrated into one body by partial sealing with an ultrasonic welder.
