PURPOSE: To eliminate the possibility of thrombosis formation by fitting a cylindrical artificial valve ring of an elastic body fixed with an artificial valve between a 1st hollow groove and a 2nd hollow groove and disposing a fastening ring which is engaged with the shoulder part of a tubular connector and is screwed to the outer periphery at the front end of a blood conduit to the front end of the blood conduit and the outer peripheral side of the tubular connector.

CONSTITUTION: The artificial ring 6 is once held to the inner side of the cylindrical holding ring 5 and while the valve of this state is rotated within the jig 16, an elastic resin is injected and deposited on the inner peripheral surface of the holding ring 5 to produce the artificial valve ring adapted with the edge 6a of the artificial ring so as to be embedded in the deposited resin 23. The resin layer 23 of the thickness exactly corresponding to the prescribed diameter is easily obtd. if the diameter of the through-hole 20a of a cover member 20 covering the aperture of the jig 16 is previously set the prescribed diameter to match the edge diameter of the artificial valve 6 and the inside diameter of the tubular member of the connector. The possibility of the thrombosis formation by a step and gap in the blood flow passages is eliminated by using this artificial valve ring.
