To provide a connection device capable of supplying a direct-current power source.
The connection device is constituted of an outlet 2 fitted to a power source cable 4, and an inlet 1 mounted on the surface of a case of an electric equipment 3. The outlet 2 is provided with protruded parts 22, 23 protruded forward from a bottom face of a connector insertion hole 21 opening toward a front face, insertion-coupling grooves 27, 28 fitted at a side periphery face of the columnar protruded part 22, terminal insertion holes 24a, 24b, 26 opening to the front faces of protruded parts 22, 23, and blade rest members housed in the protruded parts 22, 23 facing to the terminal insertion holes 24a, 24b, 26. The inlet 1 is provided with an insertion-coupling part 10a with insertion-coupling holes 12, 13 into which the protruded parts 22, 23 are inserted opening toward the front face, a reference rib 16 and a distinction rib 17 set in protrusion on an inner periphery face of the insertion-coupling hole 12 to be engaged with the insertion-coupling grooves 27, 28, and bar-like terminals 14a, 14b for voltage electrodes, and a bar-like terminal 15 for a grounding electrode arranged inside the insertion-coupling holes 12, 13, respectively.
